Timothy B. Peterson

Mr. Timothy B. Peterson is a co-founder of Pike Hill Capital Partners. Prior to Pike Hill, Peterson served as managing director and chief investment officer at SunBridge Capital Management. He led sourcing, execution, and management of acquisitions and investments across public and private markets. He was responsible for investing and managing $1B in capital and assets to include: real estate, operating companies, seeded funds, and majority/minority-controlled securities. Peterson held leadership positions at SunBridge affiliates including vice president of Realty Investment Company and director of corporate development and finance of Choice Hotels International. Prior to joining SunBridge, Peterson led the corporate development activities for the services business unit of Rockwell Collins.
