Ms. Pauline Thompson is the founding president and CEO of Tysons Realty, a commercial real estate firm that provides brokerage and consulting services for private and institutional clientele. As owner, Thompson has sold and managed a portfolio of over 1,000 investment properties, and Thompson is a certified international property specialist. A veteran leader of corporate boards and nonprofit organizations, she has served on the McLean Savings and Loan Board of Directors, Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, and the Advisory Board of Patriot Bank (now Access Bank). She also held a position appointed by Fairfax County as member of the Condo Review Board. An avid theater patron, Thompson is a member of the Washington Ballet, the National Women’s History Museum, the National Symphony Orchestra, and the Kennedy Center.
